This workshop will provide an overview of four components needed for successful educational inclusion of students with autism and other developmental disabilities: presuming competence; building supportive classrooms communities; collaborative teaming; and providing access to the general education curriculum. Videotaped examples of students of all ages will be used to illustrate concepts and strategies throughout.
