Research into effective autism treatment has been demonstrated that children who learn how to enjoy interacting with their parents and peers do better in the long-term than those whose program are dependent on rote learning. The approach of the Family Centred Practices Group focuses on teaching parents and primary care givers the skills they need to engage the child with autism play. Illustrated with video examples.
